Terms of Use
Version 2026-10-13
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. THEY CONTAIN A BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND A CLASS ACTION AND JURY TRIAL WAIVER (SEE “DISPUTES: ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER”), DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTIES (SEE “DISCLAIMERS”) AND LIMITS ON OUR LIABILITY TO YOU (SEE “LIMITS ON LIABILITY”). SUBSCRIPTIONS RENEW AUTOMATICALLY UNTIL CANCELED (SEE “PURCHASES, SUBSCRIPTIONS AND REFUNDS”).
By creating an SDCS account, ticking the box that says you agree, or using any SDCS Global product or service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account and do not use the services.
1. About these terms
These terms are a legal agreement between you and [full legal name of the company, for example SDCS Global LLC], [type of company and where it is formed, for example a Delaware limited liability company], of [registered address] (“SDCS Global”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
They cover your SDCS account — the one sign-in for every SDCS Global product — the account site at id.sdcsglobal.com, and every SDCS Global website, application, software product and online service that you reach with that account or that links to these terms. Together these are the “Services”.
SDCS Global makes more than one product. A product may come with terms of its own: a license agreement, product-specific terms, or an order form. Those are part of this agreement for that product. If they say something different from these terms, they win for that product only; in everything else these terms apply. A written agreement signed by both you (or your organization) and SDCS Global wins over both.
Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal data. It is there to inform you; it is not part of the contract.
If you use the Services for a company or other organization, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for it. In that case “you” means both you personally and that organization.
2. Who can use the Services
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live if that is higher, and able to enter into a binding contract.
- You must not be barred from using the Services under any law that applies to you, including export control and sanctions laws (see “Export controls and sanctions”).
- You must not have had an account closed by us for breaking these terms, unless we have agreed in writing that you may return.
The Services are not directed to anyone under 18. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under that age, we may close it.
3. Your account
You need an email address you control to create an account. The details you give must be yours, accurate and kept up to date. One person, one account: an account must not be shared, sold or transferred.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in methods to yourself — your password, passkeys, authenticator app, recovery codes and recovery email address — and for everything done with your account, whether or not you approved it, until you have told us that it has been compromised. We strongly recommend adding a passkey or an authenticator app and keeping your recovery codes somewhere safe.
Tell us at once, at [email protected], if you think someone else has got into your account. We are not liable for any loss that results from someone using your account because you did not keep your sign-in methods secure.
The account system is built so that nobody, including us, can sign in as you without one of your sign-in methods. If you lose every sign-in method and every recovery option, we may be unable to give the account back, and we are not obliged to weaken or bypass a security measure to do so.
We send messages that are part of the service — verification codes, security alerts, billing notices, notices about these terms — to the email address on your account. You cannot opt out of these while you have an account.
4. Organizations
You can create an organization and invite other people into it, or join one you are invited to.
An organization's owners and admins control it. They decide who is in it and what each person may do; they can see each member's name, email address and role, and what the member does in the organization; and they can remove a member at any time.
What an organization buys belongs to the organization, not to the member who uses it. A seat given to you can be taken back, and you lose access to what the organization bought when you leave it or are removed.
If you own or administer an organization, you are responsible for what it and its members do with the Services, for having the right to invite the people you add and to give us their details, and for every charge the organization runs up.
Any disagreement between you and an organization you belong to — about your membership, your access, or what the organization does with information about you — is between you and that organization. SDCS Global is not a party to it and is not responsible for the organization's decisions.
5. Our software and your license to use it
As long as you keep to these terms and pay what is due, SDCS Global gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the Services, and to install and use the software we provide, for as long as your entitlement lasts and within its limits (such as the number of seats, devices or activations). If you are an individual the license is for your own use; if you are an organization it is for your internal business use.
The Services and our software are licensed, not sold. SDCS Global and its licensors own them, including every copy, and all intellectual property rights in them. We keep every right these terms do not expressly give you. Our names, logos and product names are our trademarks; you may not use them without our written permission.
You must not, and must not let anyone else:
- copy, modify, translate or make derivative works of the Services or our software, except as these terms or the law expressly allow;
- reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble them, or try to discover their source code, except to the extent the law says this cannot be prohibited;
- rent, lease, lend, sell, resell, sublicense or distribute them, or use them to run a service for others, unless the product's own terms allow it;
- remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other notice;
- get around license keys, activation or seat limits, usage limits or any other technical protection;
- use them to build or train a competing product or service.
A license key is confidential and is for the person or organization it was issued to. We may deactivate a key that was obtained by fraud, paid for with a payment that was later reversed, shared or published, or used beyond its limits.
Parts of our software may include open-source components. Those are licensed to you under their own licenses, which apply to those components instead of these terms.
We may update the Services and our software at any time: to add, change or remove features, to fix problems, or to keep them secure. Some updates install automatically. Older versions may stop working, and we are not obliged to keep supporting them.
We may offer features or products labelled beta, preview, early access or similar. They are offered for evaluation, may be changed or withdrawn at any time, may be less reliable than the rest of the Services, and are provided as they are, without any warranty or commitment of any kind.
6. Purchases, subscriptions and refunds
Products are sold as subscriptions or as one-time purchases, to you or to an organization. An order is an offer to buy; we may decline or cancel any order — for example where a price was shown in error or we suspect fraud — and if we do, we refund what was paid for it.
Prices and any taxes we are required to collect are shown before you pay. Unless we say otherwise, prices do not include taxes, and you are responsible for any taxes, duties and charges that apply to your purchase.
Payment is taken by Stripe, our payment processor, under Stripe's own terms and privacy policy. We never receive or store your full card number. By giving a payment method you confirm that you are allowed to use it and you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge it for everything you buy, including each renewal. You must keep your payment method valid and your billing details up to date.
SUBSCRIPTIONS RENEW AUTOMATICALLY. A SUBSCRIPTION RENEWS AT THE END OF EACH BILLING PERIOD (MONTHLY OR YEARLY, AS SHOWN WHEN YOU BUY) FOR ANOTHER PERIOD OF THE SAME LENGTH, AT THE PRICE THEN IN FORCE, AND YOUR PAYMENT METHOD IS CHARGED EACH TIME, UNTIL THE SUBSCRIPTION IS CANCELED.
You can cancel a subscription at any time from the organization's billing page on the account site. To avoid the next charge, cancel before the current period ends. A canceled subscription runs to the end of the period already paid for and then stops; canceling does not refund any part of that period.
A free trial, where offered, becomes a paid subscription when it ends, and the payment method given at the start is charged, unless the trial is canceled first. We email whoever handles billing before that happens. We may limit trials to one per customer and may change or end a trial offer at any time.
A promotion code is subject to the conditions it was issued with, has no cash value, cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so, and may be withdrawn at any time before it is used.
We may change our prices. For a subscription, a new price applies from the next renewal after we have given reasonable notice by email to whoever handles billing; if you do not accept it, cancel before that renewal.
An organization pays for the number of seats on its subscription, whether or not each seat is given to someone. Adding a seat is charged as shown when you add it, which may include a part-period amount.
If a payment fails we may try again, and we may suspend or cancel what was bought until it is paid. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; if a payment is reversed we may suspend the account or the organization and deactivate what was bought with it.
A one-time purchase gives you a license to the version you bought. Later versions, updates and support are included only where we said so when you bought it.
EXCEPT WHERE THESE TERMS OR THE PRODUCT'S OWN TERMS SAY OTHERWISE, OR THE LAW REQUIRES IT, ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE, INCLUDING FOR A PERIOD THAT HAS ONLY PARTLY BEEN USED.
Nothing in these terms takes away a right to cancel or to a refund that the law of the place where you live gives you as a consumer and that cannot be given up by agreement.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use the Services to do any of the following, or help anyone else to:
- use someone else's account, or let someone else use yours;
- get into, or try to get into, accounts, organizations, systems or data that are not yours;
- probe, scan or test the weaknesses of the Services, overload or disrupt them, or get around their limits — except as our Security page allows for good-faith research;
- create accounts by automated means or under false pretences, or pretend to be another person or organization;
- collect information about other users, or use automated tools to scrape or copy the Services;
- send spam, or upload or spread malware or anything else designed to cause harm;
- upload, store or share anything that is unlawful, that infringes someone else's rights, or that you have no right to share;
- break any law, including laws about privacy, intellectual property, consumer protection, export control and sanctions;
- harass, threaten, defraud or harm anyone.
We may investigate a suspected breach of these terms, remove content, suspend or close the accounts involved, and report what we find to law enforcement. We are not obliged to monitor how the Services are used, and we are not responsible for what users do with them.
8. Your content and feedback
Some products let you upload, store or create content. It stays yours. You give SDCS Global a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, transmit and display it as far as needed to provide, secure and maintain the Services for you and to do what you ask of them. The license ends when the content is deleted from the Services, apart from copies that remain in backups for a limited time or that the law requires us to keep.
You are responsible for your content. You confirm that you have every right needed to put it in the Services and to give us the license above, and that it does not break the law or anyone else's rights.
You are responsible for keeping your own copies. We are not a backup service, and we are not liable for content that is lost, damaged or cannot be recovered.
We may remove or refuse content that we reasonably believe breaks these terms or the law.
If you send us ideas, suggestions or other feedback, we may use them for any purpose, for ever, without owing you anything, and you give SDCS Global every right needed to do so.
9. Apps and services from others
Your SDCS account can be used to sign in to apps that SDCS Global does not make. When you agree on the screen that asks, we give that app the information the screen lists. What the app then does with it is governed by its maker's terms and privacy policy, not ours. You can remove an app's access at any time under Connected apps.
The Services also rely on, and may link to, services run by others, such as our payment processor. SDCS Global does not control those apps and services, does not endorse them, and is not responsible for them, for their content, or for any loss you suffer from using them.
10. Copyright complaints
We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to. If you believe that something on the Services infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our copyright agent: [name of the designated copyright agent], [full legal name of the company, for example SDCS Global LLC], [registered address], [email protected]. The notice must include:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- the work you say has been infringed;
- the material you say infringes it, and where it is on the Services, in enough detail for us to find it;
- your name, address, phone number and email address;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or are authorized to act for the owner.
If your content was removed because of a notice and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same agent containing what the law requires. We may close the accounts of users who infringe repeatedly.
11. Changes to the Services and availability
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. Where a change materially reduces a product you have paid for, we try to give reasonable notice.
If we permanently discontinue a subscription product during a period you have already paid for, we will refund the part of what you paid that covers the time after it stops. To the extent the law allows, that refund is your only remedy for the discontinuation.
We work to keep the Services available and secure, but we do not promise that they will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors. They may be unavailable for maintenance, because of a fault, or for reasons outside our control. We make no commitment about availability unless a written agreement signed by us says so.
The Services are not designed or intended for any use in which a failure could lead to death, personal injury, or serious physical or environmental damage, and you must not use them for that.
You are responsible for the equipment, software and internet connection you need to use the Services, and for what they cost.
12. Suspending and closing accounts
You can delete your account at any time from the account page. It closes at once and is erased thirty days later; until then, signing in restores it. Deleting your account does not cancel what an organization owes and does not entitle you to a refund. If you are the only owner of an organization that has an active purchase, you must hand the organization to another owner or close it first.
We may suspend or close an account or an organization, or stop providing any part of the Services to it, at once and with or without notice, if:
- it has broken these terms or a product's own terms;
- it puts the Services, us or other people at risk — for example a security risk, suspected fraud, or possible legal liability;
- an amount due has not been paid;
- the law, a court or an authority requires it.
Where we reasonably can, we tell you first and say why. We may also stop providing the Services to you for any other reason on thirty days' notice, in which case we refund the part of any prepaid subscription that covers the time after it ends.
When an account or an organization is closed, the licenses these terms give end and you must stop using the Services. Amounts already owed stay owed. Unless the law requires otherwise, nothing is refunded where we close an account because these terms were broken.
The parts of these terms that by their nature should outlast the agreement do so — including those about ownership, payment of what is owed, disclaimers, limits on liability, your promise to cover our losses, disputes, governing law and the general terms.
13. Disclaimers
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, THE SERVICES, OUR SOFTWARE AND EVERYTHING PROVIDED THROUGH THEM ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. SDCS GLOBAL, ITS AFFILIATES AND ITS LICENSORS AND SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM A COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS; THAT THEY WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR FREE OF ERRORS, VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS; THAT THEIR RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; OR THAT YOUR CONTENT OR DATA WILL NOT BE LOST OR DAMAGED. NO SECURITY MEASURE IS PERFECT, AND WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT UNAUTHORIZED PEOPLE WILL NEVER DEFEAT OURS.
NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER SPOKEN OR WRITTEN, THAT YOU GET FROM US OR THROUGH THE SERVICES CREATES ANY WARRANTY THAT IS NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS. YOU USE THE SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Some places do not allow some warranties to be excluded. Where that applies to you, the exclusions above apply only as far as the law allows, and any warranty that cannot be excluded lasts for thirty days from when you first used the Service concerned, or for the shortest period the law allows if that is longer.
14. Limits on liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, SDCS GLOBAL, ITS AFFILIATES, AND THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS AND SUPPLIERS (THE “SDCS GLOBAL PARTIES”) WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, USE OR DATA, FOR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR FOR THE COST OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES, HOWEVER CAUSED AND UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY — CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE — EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT SUCH DAMAGES ARE POSSIBLE.
WITHOUT LIMITING THAT, THE SDCS GLOBAL PARTIES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR: UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF YOUR ACCOUNT OR YOUR CONTENT; WHAT ANY USER, ORGANIZATION, ORGANIZATION OWNER OR ADMIN, OR THIRD-PARTY APP OR SERVICE DOES; ANY INTERRUPTION OR END OF THE SERVICES; ANY BUG, VIRUS OR SIMILAR THING PASSED ON THROUGH THE SERVICES BY SOMEONE ELSE; OR ANY LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO CONTENT OR DATA.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF THE SDCS GLOBAL PARTIES FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE THE CLAIM IS ABOUT IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM AND (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100).
THESE LIMITS APPLY EVEN IF A REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE. THEY ARE PART OF THE BASIS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN YOU AND US: OUR PRICES REFLECT THEM, AND WE WOULD NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICES WITHOUT THEM.
TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES MUST BE STARTED WITHIN ONE YEAR AFTER THE EVENT THAT GAVE RISE TO IT. AFTER THAT IT IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you. Some places do not allow some of the exclusions and limits above; where that is so, they apply to you only as far as the law allows, and you may have other rights.
15. Your promise to cover our losses
To the fullest extent the law allows, you will defend, indemnify and hold harmless the SDCS Global Parties from and against every claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, fine, cost and expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
- your content;
- your use or misuse of the Services, and everything done with your account;
- your breach of these terms, of a product's own terms, or of any law;
- your infringement of anyone else's rights;
- any dispute between you and an organization, another user or a third party.
We may take over the defense of any such claim at our own choice, in which case you will cooperate with us as we reasonably ask. You will not settle a claim that affects us without our written consent.
If you are an organization, this section covers what your members and anyone else using your organization's access do as well.
16. Disputes: arbitration and class action waiver
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO BRING A LAWSUIT IN COURT AND TO HAVE A JURY HEAR YOUR CLAIM.
Talk to us first. Before starting any formal proceeding, the side with the complaint must send the other a written notice describing the dispute and what it wants. Send yours to [email protected] with your name and the email address on your account; we send ours to that email address. Both sides will then try in good faith to settle the dispute for sixty days. A proceeding started before those sixty days have passed may be dismissed.
Agreement to arbitrate. If the dispute is not settled, you and SDCS Global agree that any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or the Services — including whether this section applies and whether it can be enforced — will be decided by binding arbitration before a single arbitrator, and not in court. There are two exceptions: either side may bring an individual claim in small claims court where the claim qualifies, and either side may ask a court for an order to stop the misuse or infringement of its intellectual property. The United States Federal Arbitration Act governs this section.
How it works. The arbitration is run by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, or its Commercial Arbitration Rules if you are an organization, as changed by this section. It may be held by video, by phone or on written submissions; if a hearing in person is needed, it takes place in the county where you live or in [county and State], as you choose. Fees are paid as the AAA's rules provide. The arbitrator may award to the claiming party individually anything a court could, and the award may be entered as a judgment in any court that has jurisdiction.
CLASS ACTION AND JURY TRIAL WAIVER. YOU AND WE EACH GIVE UP THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND THE RIGHT TO TAKE PART IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR ARBITRATION. EVERY CLAIM MUST BE BROUGHT IN THE CLAIMING PARTY'S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT COMBINE MORE THAN ONE PERSON'S CLAIMS AND MAY NOT PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
You can opt out. You may reject this agreement to arbitrate by emailing [email protected] within thirty days of first accepting these terms, giving your name, the email address on your account, and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other part of these terms.
If the class action waiver cannot be enforced for a particular claim or remedy, that claim or remedy, and only that one, is decided in court after the arbitration of everything else has finished. Otherwise, if any part of this section cannot be enforced, the rest of it still applies.
If we change this section after you have accepted these terms, other than to change the address for notices, you may reject the change by emailing us within thirty days of being told of it; the version you previously accepted then continues to apply to you.
This section does not apply to you to the extent that the law where you live does not allow it to — for example if you are a consumer living in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland. In that case “Governing law and courts” applies instead.
17. Governing law and courts
These terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Services, are governed by the laws of the State of [State], United States of America, without regard to its rules on conflicts of law. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Any proceeding that is not subject to arbitration under the section above must be brought only in the state or federal courts located in [county and State]. You and we each accept the jurisdiction of those courts and give up any objection that they are an inconvenient place.
If you are a consumer, nothing in this section takes away the protection of any law of the country where you live that cannot be given up by agreement, or any right the law gives you to bring a proceeding in that country's courts.
18. Export controls and sanctions
The Services and our software are subject to the export control and sanctions laws of the United States and of other countries. You confirm that you are not located in, and are not a resident or national of, a country or territory under a United States embargo, and that you are not on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You must not export, re-export or transfer the Services or our software in breach of those laws, or use them for any purpose those laws prohibit.
Our software is “commercial computer software” and its documentation is “commercial computer software documentation”. If the user is the United States government or one of its agencies, its rights in them are only those these terms give.
19. Notices and electronic communications
You agree that we may give you notices, agreements, disclosures and other communications electronically — by email to the address on your account, or on the account site — and that doing so satisfies any legal requirement that they be in writing. A notice we send by email is treated as received twenty-four hours after it is sent. Keep the email address on your account current; we are not responsible for a notice you miss because it is not.
Legal notices to us must be sent to [email protected] and by post to [full legal name of the company, for example SDCS Global LLC], [registered address]. For anything else, write to [email protected].
20. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. When we do, we post the new version on this page with the date it takes effect, and the account site asks you to read and agree to it before you carry on. If you do not agree to a new version, you must stop using the Services, and you may delete your account. To the extent the law allows, using the Services after a new version has taken effect means you accept it.
The date at the top of this page is the version in force. Changes to the arbitration section are also subject to what that section says about them.
21. General
- Whole agreement. These terms, together with any product terms and order that apply, are the whole agreement between you and SDCS Global about the Services and replace every earlier agreement and understanding about them.
- If part is unenforceable. If a court or arbitrator finds any part of these terms unenforceable, that part is enforced as far as the law allows and the rest stays in effect.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce a right or a provision, we have not given it up. A waiver counts only if it is in writing and signed by us.
- Transfer. You may not transfer these terms or any right under them without our written consent. We may transfer them to an affiliate, or to whoever takes over our business or the Service concerned, without your consent.
- Events outside our control. We are not liable for any delay or failure caused by something beyond our reasonable control, such as a natural disaster, war, terrorism, civil disturbance, labor dispute, government action, epidemic, a failure of the internet, of power or of a provider we depend on, or an attack on our systems.
- No one else has rights. These terms give rights only to you and to SDCS Global, except that the SDCS Global Parties may rely on the disclaimers, the limits on liability and your promise to cover our losses.
- No partnership. Nothing in these terms makes you and us partners, joint venturers, or employer and employee, or makes either the other's agent.
- Wording. Headings are for convenience only. “Including” means “including without limitation”. These terms are written in English; if they are translated, the English version decides.
- Stopping harm. A breach of the license or acceptable use sections may cause us harm that money cannot repair. We may ask a court for an order to stop it, without having to post a bond or prove actual loss, in addition to any other remedy.
